Elidé is the Founder of Meaningful Observations
As a trained social scientist and wholehearted believer in the power of reflection, Elidé brings a nuanced perspective to the work of strategy, evaluation, and coaching that is grounded in values. Her keen curiosity and ability to take in people and situations in context allow her to work alongside individuals and organizations in service of learning and growth.
Through her work in the nonprofit sector, she’s learned that intentional reflection and meaningful—and sometimes uncomfortable—dialogue are powerful tools that can push us and our work closer to truly living and leading through our values.
Through a values-based approach, systematic inquiry, culturally and historically conscious data collection methods, and powerful questions, she and her collaborators help individuals and organizations learn from their current practices to make evidence-based decisions that are aligned with their values.

We approach our work with the humility that we do not have all the answers and that the best work happens in partnership. As such, we leverage the strengths and passions of each individual to build teams tailored to the needs of each client.
When developing teams, we begin by engaging in conversation to align on the philosophy that will serve as the heartbeat of the partnership. This allows us to build teams that are aligned on both skillsets and values, allowing us to show up and engage in authentic ways.
