Whether in personal or professional life, Elidé is an avid and courageous advocate of naming the elephants in the room and braving the vulnerability and difficult conversations that are essential for continued growth, strong leadership, and for having the impact we wish to have in the communities we serve and the world at large.

• Elidé is a values-based Certified Professional Coach, working her way to credentialing. While there is an embedded element of coaching in all her work and she enjoys coaching leaders in philanthropy, her drive for becoming a certified coach is to also make coaching accessible to individuals who typically would not have access to coaching. 

• Elidé provides pro-bono evaluation and coaching support to grassroots organizations that don’t always have the resources to support formal evaluation efforts.

• Elidé serves on the board of directors at BeUnlimited, a youth-serving nonprofit organization that supports young people “by exposing them to different aspects of higher learning, career choices, and self-growth.”
