Client: Nonprofit Organization + Foundation

This learning and reflection process engaged small nonprofit organizations representing a state campaign that were part of a larger multi-state campaign. 

Key components of this learning and reflection process were day-long facilitated reflection work sessions with multiple stakeholders (“the team”) including community voices to capture the team’s advocacy strategy, wins, and lessons learned. This process allowed for stakeholders to reflect on all the work they had completed over the past year and think through what influenced their decision-making along the way. 

This process yielded a detailed memo capturing the team’s strategies, wins, and lessons learned that were then aggregated with lessons from across other state campaigns to help inform new efforts. This reflection process also gave the team time and space to appreciate all the hard work they had done over the past year and celebrate their wins together.
